The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while preparing high-quality cocktails, serving premium wines and spirits, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Bartenders are expected to provide attentive service, make knowledgeable beverage recommendations, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards. Deliver outstanding customer service while engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Recommend cocktails, wines, whiskeys, and food pairings. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times. Accurately enter orders, process payments, and handle cash transactions. Verify guest identification and comply with all state alcohol regulations. Prepare fresh garnishes, juices, syrups, and other bar ingredients. Assist servers with beverage orders in a timely manner. Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies. Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
Qualifications:
Previous bartending experience preferred. Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and premium spirits. Excellent communication and guest service skills. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a high-volume environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
