Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit Prepare and serve a variety of upscale cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality dishes and drinks Maintain a clean, organized bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Assist in food preparation when necessary, including garnishing drinks and preparing small plates or appetizers Engage with guests to enhance their experience through knowledgeable recommendations and friendly conversation Support banquet or catering events by serving guests professionally in large or private settings Qualifications Proven experience in fine dining establishments or upscale lounges as a server or bartender Strong customer service skills with the ability to create welcoming atmospheres for diverse clientele Knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and sanitation practices within the food industry Experience in serving, bartending, or catering environments; banquet experience is a plus Familiarity with food preparation techniques relevant to cocktail garnishes or small plate presentation Previous barista experience or hospitality background is advantageous Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting This role requires energetic individuals passionate about delivering exceptional service in a lively yet refined environment.
