Weekend Bartender Addison County Eagles Overview Join our team as a Weekend Bartender At our private club. In this role, you will welcome, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests during weekend hours. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, quick thinking and love engaging with people you'll be in ideal positio! Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately. Manage POS including cash handling and credit card payments Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub or banquet events, stepping in proactively when needed. Handle food service responsibilities when required, including serving snacks or light bites in a timely manner. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to balance multiple orders seamlessly during peak hours. Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or retail environments is highly desirable. Basic math skills. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper serving techniques. Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts. Must be at least 21 years old and able to stand for extended periods while performing duties.
