About Lake Wildwood Association Lake Wildwood is an active, gated community located about one hour northeast of Sacramento in the historic Gold Rush foothills of Nevada County. About the role
Job Summary:
To provide the necessary services for Clubhouse events relating to the build-up and take down of chairs, tables, decorations, stages, lights, and other equipment for any and all functions within the association facilities and grounds of Lake Wildwood. Some repair and maintenance of facility buildings, structures and related equipment owned by the Association. Assorted minor janitorial duties, as assigned. Regular schedule combined with odd shifts, as required when special events occur, necessitating additional labor. Other duties as required. Pay Range $20 - $22/HR DOE Benefits include: Access to Amenities, 25% discount at The Oaks Restaurant excluding alcohol, Golf at no cost on a time available basis. What you'll do
Job Requirements:
A. Moves and sets up tables, chairs, stages, lights, equipment for any and all events meetings and gatherings recognized by the association. B. Performs and/or assists with repair and preventive maintenance on all building interiors (repair, painting, etc.) as required from time to time. C. Performs minor janitorial duties as required. D. Must learn the operations of thermostat settings and function in all meeting rooms and all venues of the association. E. Assists with Inventory, putting away liquor and beer inventory. F. Responsible for maintaining storage organization. G. May assist the Event Manager as a Busser or Server. H. May assist the Maintenance Personnel or Contractors with scheduling and access of rooms for availability. I. Makes regular and emergency notifications to the Maintenance Department. J. To assure the kitchen of the Clubhouse and other LWA cooking/food prep facilities are left clean and organized, including the various BBQ units. Any other duties as may be required and/or assigned by the Director of Food and Beverage and the Events Manager.
Qualifications Education and Experience:
A. Prior experience commensurate with duties of job desirable.
