Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, including hot and cold options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, food stations, and flooring Remove garbage promplty and completely Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to ensure all food handling meets health regulations Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, toasters, coffee makers, and warming stations Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing fruits, assembling breakfast platters, and replenishing supplies Handle guest requests Provide friendly in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly, making conversation, answering questions about food items, and accommodating dietary needs or special requests Offer to clear tables and provide "above and beyond" friendly service Take inventory and maintain accurate Receive and unpack inventory, unload boxes Maintain food safety certification, allergen training, and all brand standard training Assist other departments including group events as needed Crosstrain across hotel roles for team support Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety management and sanitizing procedures to maintain hygiene standards Experience with food preparation techniques and operating kitchen equipment Ability to handle manual tasks such as weight handling in the workplace and processing cash transactions Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Familiarity with dining experience is a plus but not required Ability to work early mornings or flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment Join us to deliver exceptional breakfast experiences that set the tone for our guests' day!
