As a Banquet Attendant, you'll ensure every event runs smoothly while delivering warm, attentive hospitality to every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, professional service and create a welcoming guest experience. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests and concerns. Set up banquet rooms, tables, linens, china, glassware, and silverware according to event specifications. Serve food and beverages while following service and alcohol policies. Take orders, process payments, and accurately record transactions when required. Communicate guest requests, allergies, and dietary restrictions to the kitchen. Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow clean-as-you-go practices. Break down and reset banquet spaces after events. Restock supplies and complete opening and closing duties. Follow all company safety, sanitation, and quality standards. Work collaboratively with the banquet and culinary teams to ensure seamless event execution. Qualifications Ability to complete event set-ups accurately and on time Works well under pressure and follows verbal and written instructions Strong attention to detail Minimum of one year of serving experience Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Must meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcohol Ability to obtain required food handler and alcohol service certifications Additional Information About Auberge Collection
