Job Description
Costa Mesa's Oji Sushi and Sake Bar Seeking Sushi Chefs Hello aspiring and experienced chefs of Orange County.
What we look for:
2 years of experience in Japanese Cuisine or 3 years of culinary experience
Competencies:
◦Ability to follow recipes
◦Ability to filet and prepare fish
◦Knowledge of food and safety
◦Collaborate with all sushi bar, front & back of house staff memebrs, team-oriented focus
◦Punctual
◦Great sense of organization
