Job Overview Alma Rosa Winery & Vineyards is a pioneering estate in the Sta. Rita HIlls AVA, founded by Richard Sanford, an early leader in organic farming and site-driven Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The Estate Ambassador represents Alma Rosa at the Ranch/Estate, delivering elevated, appointment based tastings and tours, converting guests into buyers, growing club membership in addition to cultivating long-term private client relationships. The Estate Ambassador understands and engages in in-depth conversation with our clients about wine, their wine journey and delivers a luxury experience that sets us apart from others. This position requires flexibility to work both our Estate Vineyard located in Buellton in addition to our tasting room located in Solvang. Responsibilities Deliver highly personalized, luxury estate tasting and tours with refined storytelling, heritage, sustainability and the story of the Sta.

Rita terroir. Tailor experiences for members, VIP's, trade and collectors ensuring every visit reflects Alma Rosa's luxury standards. Exceptional verbal communication, sophisticated demeanor to accurately convey the history of Richard Sanford, our estate farming and the Alma Rosa winemaking philosophy. Drive direct sales, AOV, and wine club enrollments. Client outreach, manage follow up correspondence and concierge level service to cllients. Re-engagement contact with existing Alma Rosa clients. Train and mentor tasting room staff in luxury service etiquette, story telling and brand heritage. Represent Alma Rosa at off-site tastings and select events. Collaborate with the Hospitality & Sales Manager on sales strategy, KPI's and ways to continually improve the Alma Rosa experience. Accurately process POS/CRM transactions, shipments and memberships. Support setup and breakdown for estate special events. Assist with inventory handling, presentation and restocking. Collaboration with teammates. Qualifications 2+ years in luxury hospitality, tasting room/estate hosting, retail wine or private client sales (Sommelier or

WSET/CMS

a plus). Proven ability to manage and motivate a small team. Proven ability to close sales, club conversion and AOV growth. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Strong understanding of winemaking, varietals and wine service. Proficient with POS/CRM (Commerce 7 or similar preferred). Organized with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to lift/move 40 lbs and stand on your feet comfortably for extended periods of time. Available to work full time, weekends, holidays, events and evenings when needed.
