Full-Time Join Our Team! We are seeking a professional, personable, and service-oriented Concierge to provide exceptional customer service in a luxury residential community in Coral Gables. The ideal candidate is polished, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating outstanding experiences for residents and guests. Responsibilities Greet residents, guests, and vendors with professionalism and warmth. Manage resident requests and provide concierge services. Coordinate package deliveries and maintain accurate logs. Monitor building access and assist with visitor management. Answer phones, respond to emails, and maintain daily reports. Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams. Maintain a welcoming, organized, and secure lobby environment. Qualifications Previous concierge, hospitality, customer service, or front desk experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if needed. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
