PRINCIPLE DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

: Answer multiline telephone system and direct calls to the appropriate location. Greet visitors politely and professionally and check in guests at the front desk. Give directions and information to guests, visitors, vendors, and others as needed. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate at all levels. Knowledge of multiline telephone systems required, familiarity with common office equipment and practices, should have a cheerful personality, a genuine desire to help people, and the ability to work well with others. Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, and other guests, visitors, and the general public.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent - required Experience in a customer service, customer-facing role of at least 2 years - preferred Desire to work in a facility geared toward Independent Senior Living Possess excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate at all levels
