We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities Welcome residents, visitors, and vendors with courtesy and professionalism. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Manage the front desk and visitor sign-in/sign-out process. Provide information and assistance to residents, families, and guests. Coordinate deliveries, mail, and packages. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Respond to inquiries and communicate effectively with nursing and administrative staff. Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service, receptionist, or concierge experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer and telephone skills. Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.
