Duties Greet clients warmly upon arrival, providing excellent guest services and guiding them through their salon experience Manage appointment scheduling using POS systems and coordinate with stylists to optimize daily bookings Process cash transactions accurately, handle retail sales, and maintain balanced cash drawers Assist with event management activities such as promotional events or special client gatherings to enhance customer engagement Enforce safety protocols including manual handling procedures, first aid readiness, and adherence to health guidelines Support conflict management by addressing client concerns professionally and escalating issues when necessary Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, retail shelves, and common spaces to uphold a welcoming environment Experience Previous experience in event venue management or hospitality environments is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to work with children or in settings requiring patience and attentiveness Familiarity with retail sales, cash handling, POS systems, and basic math skills for processing transactions Knowledge of safety protocols including CPR, first aid certification, and emergency response procedures (lifeguard experience is a plus) Experience working outdoors or in outdoor work environments adds value to the role Strong communication skills suitable for public speaking or guest interactions in diverse settings Background in food service, resort operations, or theater experience can enhance your ability to manage lively environments effectively This role is perfect for energetic individuals eager to thrive in a fast-paced setting while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
