WEEKEND NIGHT CONCIERGE POSITION
The Concierge staff is the welcoming presence for Residents and guests entering the new One88 Condominium building in Bellevue. The important weekend night shift has an opening for a person who wants the flexibility of consistent, clean part-time work in a luxury environment. Most of the night shift is quiet time but can involve handling requests from Residents and visitors and being aware of any security concerns.
Schedule:
Saturday-Sunday, 2pm-10pm Starting at: $22.88 an hour.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES
SAFETY/SECURITY/EMERGENCIES Perform security inspection of building, interior and exterior- at the beginning and end of each shift. Monitor video surveillance systems covering perimeter and interior of building. Notify appropriate personnel and local authorities (if necessary), of any reported or witnessed suspicious activity Monitor and screen people seeking access through the front door make every effort to assist residents and provide while maintaining a welcoming lobby environment Assess emergency situations; determine appropriate action
• Investigate complaints, disturbances, violations, and provide information to General Manager for resolution
RECORDS ADMINISTRATION
Keep and maintain log of all activities
RESIDENT INTERACTION
Provide Owners, Residents and Guests the highest level of courtesy, service and positive interaction while maintaining security and safety at all times Respond to inquiries on the phone and via email in a timely manner
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Prior hospitality related experience is valued. Excellent customer service skills Good problem-solving skills Good organizational skills Good time management skills Must be computer literate, and able to complete computer tasks such as creating notices in a word processing program, sending email, creating and updating simple spreadsheets, and monitoring or adjusting computerized building systems Must be able to communicate well in writing and orally Must be neat and well-groomed in appearance. Consistency in being on time is mandatory.
