Prep Cooks- Looking for an upbeat positive candidate with a minimum of 1 year experience preferred in a high volume atmosphere. Full availability is desirable; morning and night shifts offered. The ability to scale recipes up and down using basic math equations as well as excellent communication skills. Plating experience desired.

Works well under pressure Must follow instruction and prioritize various task Attention to detail and sanitation standards Ability to work in hot and humid conditions Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds Respond with resume and hours of availability.
