Line Cook Sufrat mediterranean grill Doral, FL Job Details Part-time | Full-time $17 - $20 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications FIFO Plating Food preparation Kitchen stations Food Handler Certification Full Job Description Join the kitchen team at Sufrat Mediterranean Grill's Doral location, prepping and executing our Mediterranean menu (mezze, proteins, sauces) to recipe spec and plating standards. Fast-paced, team-first kitchen.

Responsibilities:

Prep and cook menu items to recipe and plating standards. Work a station during peak lunch and dinner service. Maintain cleanliness and food safety at your station. Communicate with the line and expo to keep tickets moving. Restock and rotate product (FIFO).

Requirements:

Prior line cook experience. Ability to work a fast station during peak service. Food handler card (or willingness to obtain). Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
