You'll run daily operations, including opening/closing, staff scheduling, inventory and vendor coordination, cash handling, and team accountability, using our Manager Daily SOP (arrive, inspect, brief, observe, control, correct, report, close). We're a growing company with real advancement paths as we expand to new locations.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise restaurant staff including servers, cooks, and support team members. Oversee food preparation and food handling to ensure quality, consistency, and sanitation compliance.
Manage daily operations:
shift scheduling, inventory counts, vendor coordination, and cash handling. Enforce cleanliness and service standards across dining room, kitchen, and patio. Run pre-shift meetings and ongoing staff training. Handle guest concerns and drive a positive dining experience.
Requirements:
2+ years restaurant management experience. Comfort with POS and inventory systems (we use Toast and xtraCHEF). Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Hands-on, detail-driven leadership style. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
