We run on the READ standard (Refill, Eyes, Arrive, Delay) and our 5 Pillars of Service (Speed, Accuracy, Efficiency, Awareness, Knowledge) — we train constantly and expect servers to upsell drinks, mocktails, and dessert, not just take orders.

Responsibilities:

Greet and serve guests following our READ standard and 5 Pillars of Service. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS. Upsell drinks, mocktails, and desserts on every table. Run food, refill drinks, and check back proactively. Handle payments and maintain accurate cash/card transactions. Work as a team with kitchen and bar staff to ensure fast, accurate service.

Requirements:

Prior serving experience preferred. Availability for nights and weekends. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Food handler card (or willingness to obtain).

Pay:

$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
