Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, ovens, stoves, and food prep tools Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols Assist in meal preparation for service periods, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality food Support the culinary team with food handling, portion control, and presentation to meet quality expectations Follow safety procedures diligently during food production to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate tasks, manage workflow, and uphold a positive team environment Qualifications Previous experience in a food service environment such as restaurants, catering, or dietary departments is highly desirable but we will train the right candidate! Strong knife skills with proper slicing techniques and familiarity with food preparation methods Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to safety standards in production Experience with menu planning, recipe adherence, and meal preparation processes Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining cleanliness standards Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and support team goals Culinary experience or background in the food industry that demonstrates a passion for quality cooking and food handling Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences! Pay:
