Whether you're passionate about cooking, eager to learn culinary techniques, or experienced in food handling and service, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals that delight our guests. Duties Prepare ingredients and assist with meal assembly according to established recipes and standards Cook and plate dishes efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation Handle food safely by following proper hygiene and sanitation procedures Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment to ensure a safe working environment Support the dishwashing area by cleaning dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools promptly and thoroughly Assist with menu planning and food prep for daily service or special catering events Follow all food industry safety regulations and guidelines to uphold health standards Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or culinary environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key! Basic knife skills and familiarity with food handling techniques necessary for efficient meal prep Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards required to maintain a clean kitchen environment Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting kitchen operations Experience with dietary department procedures or dietary aide roles is a plus but not required Willingness to take direction, learn new skills, and contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere Embark on an exciting culinary journey where your dedication helps craft exceptional dining experiences!
