Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or food industry setting. Strong knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to health regulations. Skilled in using kitchen tools such as knives with proper slicing techniques; familiarity with various cooking methods. Experience with dietary department procedures or dietary aide responsibilities is a plus. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with kitchen staff and front-of-house team members.
