Part-Time Experience:
Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to Khan's Grill standards. Ensure orders are prepared accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation. Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and food-safety procedures. Properly label, date, rotate, and store food products. Complete assigned prep, opening, and closing duties. Monitor inventory and communicate when products are running low. Help minimize food waste by following proper portions and preparation procedures. Clean cooking equipment, prep areas, floors, and other kitchen areas as assigned. Assist with dishes, restocking, and other kitchen duties when needed. Communicate and work respectfully with cooks, dishwashers, servers, cashiers, and management. Follow instructions from the Kitchen Manager and Manager on Duty. Help other team members during busy periods to keep operations running smoothly. What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual. Physical Requirements Applicants should be comfortable standing for extended periods, working around hot cooking equipment, bending and reaching, and lifting approximately 30-50 lbs when necessary.
