Cook Shift:
1st, (7am-2pm)
Pay:
$15/hr Are you passionate about food and ready to bring Latin-inspired flavors to life? We're hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Cook to join our kitchen team!
Prepare and cook base ingredients such as ground beef, red pepper sofrito, onion sofrito, and annatto oil
Cut, boil, and season brisket for empanada filling
Maintain fryer oil (change and pump every 10-12 days)
Ensure accurate inventory and proper food storage
Monitor stock levels to prevent ingredient shortages
Follow all food safety and handling procedures in a gluten-free environment
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Entry-level food prep experience
Bilingual customer service skills (Spanish/English preferred)
Ability to work in a hot environment and manage time effectively
Must have or obtain a valid food handling certification
