We#39;re looking for an enthusiastic Event Assistant to join our growing team! In this entry-level events and customer service role, you#39;ll help create exceptional experiences at live events, retail promotions, and community outreach campaigns. As the face of our organization, you#39;ll engage with the public, educate attendees about the brands and programs we represent, and ensure every event runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities Represent clients and brands at live events, retail locations, and promotional campaigns. Welcome and engage event attendees with professionalism and enthusiasm. Educate the public about products, services, promotions, and brand initiatives. Deliver engaging presentations and product or service demonstrations to new audiences. Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about current campaigns and offerings. Support event setup, organization, and day-of operations to ensure a positive guest experience. Build positive relationships with customers and create memorable brand experiences. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products, services, promotions, and company updates. Collaborate with team members to achieve event goals while delivering outstanding customer service. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality. Positive attitude with a professional appearance and demeanor. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable speaking with the public and building rapport with diverse audiences. Team-oriented with a strong work ethic. Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, promotions, or marketing is a plus, but not required.
