We are a wellness organization working with a client at the following locations: near University Dr/MacArthur Blvd in Irvine CA near Hgwy 170/Victory Blvd in Hollywood CA from 11AM-1

PM Duties:

• Plan and coordinate a health fair event
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences
• Assist in organizing vendors
• Coordinate logistics, including event setup, audiovisual equipment, transportation, and accommodations
• Oversee event timelines to ensure all activities are executed smoothly and on schedule
• Communicate with clients and vendors to provide updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise
• Provide exceptional guest services during events to ensure a positive experience for attendees

Requirements:

• Previous experience in event planning or hospitality industry preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality events
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in using event management software or tools
• Knowledge of health fair events is a plus
