Job Summary Asst. Manager 20-40 hrs Oversee daily operations for Private Club & Events Center with primary focus on client services & coordinate resources with vendors on behalf of private member clients; Manage setup, and functions & operations from start to finish; Handle customer service inquiries from attendees before, during, and after events to foster positive experiences, and Utilize technical computer skills for whole business based computer system called odoo computer systems, and do presentations on Podcast Event technology with our 4 read/write XL sized TVs, and Give Presentations on our key features: Podcast Training Programs, Men & Women's Special Social Events; Couples and Single Events like group concerts & special ticketed events; Skills Attention to detail, ability to organize, plan and execute action plans, food services certification provided, First aid certification (provided) and CPR training (provided) to handle emergencies confidently. Valid driving license for transportation needs related to event setup or logistics. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. Technical proficiency in operating event-related equipment and software platforms.

Pay:

$20.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 - 29.0 per week
