Who We're Looking For You are: Organized and detail-oriented A natural problem-solver with a growth mindset An excellent communicator who thrives in a team setting Comfortable managing multiple priorities Passionate about creating outstanding guest experiences Available for evening and weekend events as needed ( This is not a typical 9-5 job — evening and weekend availability is essential to support our calendar of public and private events. ) What You'll Do Assist with setup and execution of museum events and rentals Coordinate with vendors, volunteers, and event stakeholders Provide backup support for museum tours and special programs Contribute ideas to enhance the guest experience and operational flow

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
