Job Summary We are seeking energetic and motivated Event Staff to support promotional events, customer engagement, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, representing brands, presenting products and services, and contributing to team sales goals. Responsibilities Assist with promotional events, community activities, and customer engagement initiatives. Welcome attendees and engage with prospective customers. Present and explain products and services clearly and professionally. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions. Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest and sales. Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies. Build positive customer relationships and encourage sales opportunities. Support individual and team sales goals during events. Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution. Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Strong relationship-building and persuasion abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
