Job Description

Part-Time Office & Event Support Assistant Schedule:
Part-Time (10-20 hours per week), with weekend hours for events. Position Summary We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and team-oriented Office & Event Support Assistant to help our office staff and event team with day-to-day tasks. This is an entry-level position focused on providing support wherever needed to help the office and events run smoothly. Responsibilities Assist office staff with basic administrative and organizational tasks. Help prepare meeting rooms and event spaces. Set up and take down tables, chairs, decorations, and event supplies. Organize and restock office and event materials. Greeting visitors and assist guests. Perform light clerical tasks, including filing, copying, scanning, and data entry. Assist with other general office and event support duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions. Comfortable working as part of a team. Previous office, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not required. What We're Looking For This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, takes pride in staying organized, and is willing to pitch in wherever needed. No event planning or management experience is required we're looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and ready to support our office and event staff.
Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
