Join our team at Fiamma Grill and Bar, where culinary excellence meets memorable experiences. We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Manager to lead and grow our private dining, special events, and off-site catering program.

Job Summary:
As the Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing private events, corporate functions, and special promotions within the restaurant. From intimate dinners to large-scale celebrations, your goal is to deliver exceptional service, seamless logistics, and unforgettable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute all on-site events (private parties, baby/bridal showers, corporate functions, holiday gatherings, etc.) Collaborate with clients to understand event goals, budgets, and preferences Act as the main point of contact for clients from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up Manage the event calendar, including bookings and availability Plan and oversee all event logistics including menus, staffing, décor, and A/V needs Create detailed event proposals, timelines, and floor plans Supervise events on-site and handle any issues quickly and professionally Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure service excellence Monitor event performance and gather client feedback for continuous improvement Promote event offerings and implement marketing strategies to increase bookings
Qualifications:
Proven experience in restaurant events, catering, or hospitality management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities Ability to remain calm under pressure and problem-solve on the fly Familiarity with POS systems, event management tools, Tripleseat, reservation systems, and Microsoft Office Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field Familiarity with local vendors and event trends Experience with POS and restaurant management systems Background in upscale or high-volume dining environments
