Lion's Pause Student Supervisors Wage Range:
$12.50-14.00/hour Description of the Position (Purpose of the Position): The Lion's Pause Student Event Security are the student workers in control of all event set-up and security aspects of the Lion's Pause.

Problem Solving Time Management Professional Communication Responsibility Duties and Responsibilities:
Attend all security scheduling meetings Learn proper use and maintenance of equipment Set up, staff, and strike all events in the Lion's Pause and events using Pause equipment Work shifts as determined in scheduling meetings Observe all security-related bylaws and policy guidelines Continue to hone tech skills throughout the year by coming to Security Manager's office hours, working shifts, and practicing during band slots or on own time Maintain communication with the tech managers regarding equipment, environmental, interpersonal, or other concerns
Qualifications:
(Education/Experience/Skills) Must have a work award Must have a demonstrated interest in working with tech equipment to bring about professional-quality live events Must have a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively in high-pressure situations.
