The Opportunity We're looking for an experienced Events & Sales Manager to lead the private events program for Vidrio, Birdie's, and Taverna Agora. You'll own the relationship from first inquiry to final toast. You will build business, sell our spaces and experiences, collaborate with our culinary and restaurant teams, and make sure every detail comes together beautifully. Job Responsibilities Lead the private events sales program to meet or exceed revenue goals Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Serve as the face of the brand for weddings, corporate events, marketing socials, and celebrations Prepare accurate and detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and communicate all event details to culinary and management teams Conduct BEO meetings to align chefs and managers on event execution Partner with culinary and management teams on menu development and event space setup Maintain the BEO book and manage administrative needs for the banquet department Increase sales through exceptional guest experiences, local store marketing, styled shoots, and trade show participation Utilize Event Coordinators to support final event details Stay current on food, wine, and hospitality trends Qualifications Experience in restaurant operations, catering, or event management (restaurant experience strongly preferred) Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills Professional written and verbal communication skills High-energy, personable, and guest-focused approach Ability to connect with a diverse client base Working knowledge of Tripleseat software preferred Compensation & Benefits You Will Enjoy Competitive salary plus quarterly bonuses Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance 401(k) with company contribution up to 4% Paid time off and flexible scheduling Generous employee dining discounts Lucrative referral bonus program Tuition reimbursement program About LM Restaurants LM Restaurants is a family-owned hospitality group dedicated to taking care of our guests, our teams, and our communities.
