Event Operations Associate Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8:30am-5:00pm On-site | Permanent position Make the Details Happen Successful events rely on good preparation and people who keep the details moving. As an Event Operations Associate, you'll support the practical side of events, helping ensure schedules, materials, logistics, and day-to-day requirements are organized and ready. What You'll Handle Assist with event preparation, setup, and breakdown Coordinate schedules, materials, supplies, and event requirements Communicate with internal teams and event contacts Prepare event documents, checklists, and materials Help coordinate deliveries and equipment Support attendees and team members during events Monitor schedules and flag issues that need attention Keep event information and records up to date Complete post-event follow-up and administrative tasks What We're Looking For Event experience is helpful, but not essential. Backgrounds in hospitality, retail, customer service, administration, events, or coordination can provide relevant experience. You'll need to be organized, reliable, comfortable communicating with different people, and able to manage several tasks while keeping track of important details. Training will be provided. Pay:
$51,165.79 - $57,210.41 per year
