Lafayette House is looking for an experienced Event Service Manager to oversee private event service while delivering exceptional guest experiences. What You'll Do Lead event service from setup through breakdown. Reviewing BEO's with Event Manager/Booker. Hold Pre-Shift meetings. Supervise and motivate servers and bartenders during events. Ensure exceptional guest service and attention to detail. Creating eye catching (Insta worthy) food and beverage displays. Coordinate with the kitchen and event hosts to keep events running smoothly. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism. Train and coach staff while fostering a positive team environment. Handle guest requests and resolve issues with confidence and professionalism. Schedule servers and bartenders appropriately for events. Manage event calendars to communicate with host and management team. What We're Looking For Previous banquet, restaurant, or catering leadership experience. Strong leadership and communication skills. Extreme attention to detail with a creative mindset. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A positive attitude with a passion for hospitality. Why Join Lafayette House?
