This is your opportunity to sell one of Las Vegas's most iconic dining experiences: mountains of housemade pasta, whole roasted chickens, and classic Italian feasts served family-style in the heart of the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. You'll be the face of Carmine's for corporate groups, milestone celebrations, bachelorette parties, convention buyouts, and everything in between. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Serve as the primary point of contact for all special events, large-party reservations, and off-site catering inquiries at Carmine's Las Vegas Sell, negotiate, and coordinate events from initial inquiry through day-of execution, ensuring every guest feels like family Leverage the high-traffic Las Vegas Strip location — proactively cultivating relationships with hotel concierges, convention planners, casino hosts, and corporate travel managers Conduct outside sales calls and attend networking events to generate new group business across the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) market Collaborate closely with our General Manager, FOH leadership, and Executive Chef to deliver seamless, memorable events Maintain accurate CRM records, respond promptly to all leads, and follow up consistently to maximize conversion Partner with the Director of Special Events to develop sales strategies, set revenue goals, and hit targets Host site visits and walk-throughs, showcasing our private dining spaces and the full Carmine's experience Stay current on Las Vegas market trends, competitor offerings, and seasonal opportunities to keep Carmine's top of mindWHAT YOU BRING 2-4
years of experience in event sales, catering management, or banquet operations — hospitality or restaurant background preferred Proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced environments; experience with corporate events, weddings, or convention groups is a strong plus Familiarity with the Las Vegas hospitality market and established relationships with local hotels, convention centers, or entertainment venues is a major advantage Entrepreneurial mindset: self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable owning a revenue target Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills — you can walk any room and make any guest feel welcome Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple events simultaneously Fluent in English; bilingual candidates are a plus given our diverse Las Vegas clientele Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and select holidays as required by event schedules Passion for food, hospitality, and the Carmine's brand — you'll be its biggest advocateTHE PERKS
