Overseeing assigned events, promotions, and related activities to effectively drive customer engagement and increase patronage at Caesars Entertainment and ensures all programs are delivered to a high standard, following strict guidelines to achieve the highest level of quality. Oversee day‑to‑day office operations for the Citywide Special Events Department. Assist the Regional Special Events Manager and Senior Specialist with coordination and execution of all casino event projects. Create event EAs and use established event checklists to organize and track each promotion/event. Manage citywide event on‑call and temporary staffing, including scheduling aligned to the event calendar. Assist with assigned property and marketing functions, ensuring timelines and due dates are met. Create and distribute internal communications for assigned promotions/events. Compile required audit materials and ensured all events follow strict checklist, audit, and testing protocols. Proactively resolve guest issues, coordinating with departments as needed, and handling concerns in a timely manner. Prepare production meeting decks and support meeting preparation for Special Events & Promotions. Process to purchase requisitions and invoice payments for goods and services. Maintain thorough working knowledge of company and department policies, including attendance. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external vendors. Provide efficient, friendly assistance to internal and external customers. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Comply with Caesars Entertainment Responsible Gaming guidelines, including annual refresher modules. Must be 21 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or comparable experience preferred. One year of prior Special Events or Casino Marketing experience preferred. Ability to coordinate and execute multiple projects in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment. Professional appearance, strong team orientation, and excellent interpersonal communication, teambuilding, and problem‑solving skills. Heavy clerical and guest service experience. Computer proficiency in IBM, Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Adobe, and PKMS systems. Flexibility to work any day or shift, including nights and holidays.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to move throughout casino/hotel and event locations for the entire shift. Ability to stand and walk for long periods and work outdoors at varying temperatures, including extreme heat and humidity. Ability to stay aware of ongoing changes to events and promotions. Ability to respond calmly and effectively to high guest demand in a fast-paced environment. Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, twist, balance, and work at a desk. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Ability to respond to visual and aural cues. Manual dexterity to operate equipment including computer, telephone, copier, fax, ten‑key, printer, and videopoker/slot machines.
