Office Manager / Management Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish , proficient in Microsoft Office, professional, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally. Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars. Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and records. Enter and maintain data accurately in company systems. Prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, presentations, and other documents. Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and document organization. Communicate with clients, vendors, employees, and management in English and Spanish . Maintain confidentiality of company and client information. Assist with invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and other administrative tasks as needed. Monitor office supplies and assist with ordering. Support management and other departments with special projects and administrative needs. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish , both written and verbal. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office , including: Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Teams PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Professional attitude and strong customer-service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of administrative or office experience. Experience working with confidential information. Experience with scheduling, data entry, invoicing, or bookkeeping support. Familiarity with cloud-based document and office systems. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and professional , with excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment. They should be comfortable working with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients and colleagues.Salary:
