HOA Events and Lifestyle Director
Job Description
Lifestyle Director — Make Every Day a Celebration! Are you the person your friends call when they need something planned — and planned well? We're looking for a Lifestyle Director with an outgoing, magnetic personality who thrives under pressure and loves turning a blank calendar into a year full of unforgettable moments for our HOA community. This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk job. It's fast-paced, fun, and genuinely high-responsibility — you'll be trusted with a real budget, a full events calendar, and the experience of thousands of residents. If you like the rush of pulling off a big event flawlessly (and can handle the pressure that comes with it), keep reading.
Note:
This is not a senior living or daycare position — it's community lifestyle programming for an HOA of all ages. Several of our signature annual events already have an established format and planning framework — you'll take ownership of executing these consistently and well, while bringing fresh creative energy to everything else on the calendar.
