Event Staff - Supervisor/Manager

Job Description

Our client is now hiring Event Staffing Supervisors & Managers for a short-term project at eSports Stadium in Arlington, TX , near AT&T Stadium area to support global IP sales operations for a leading global fandom platform earning $20.90/hour . This opportunity is ideal for experienced leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a strong ability to coordinate teams, manage staffing logistics, and maintain operational efficiency during live events. This role will focus heavily on supervising event staff, managing position rotations, monitoring attendance and timekeeping, coordinating breaks and lunches, and ensuring smooth day-to-day event operations while delivering a positive customer and employee experience. You will ensure staffing coverage is maintained throughout the event while supporting operational goals, productivity, attendance compliance, and team communication. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent organization, and the ability to quickly adapt in a high-volume environment while maintaining professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support event staff throughout the duration of the project Manage staff positioning, workstation assignments, and rotational coverage Coordinate and monitor employee breaks and lunch schedules to ensure operational continuity Maintain accurate attendance tracking, timekeeping, and shift accountability Address attendance issues, call-outs, and staffing adjustments in real time Serve as the main point of contact between associates, onsite leadership, and operational teams Ensure associates follow site procedures, safety expectations, and client guidelines Monitor workflow and staffing needs to maintain productivity and customer experience standards Assist with onboarding coordination, shift communication, and team updates Support escalation management and resolve operational concerns professionally and efficiently Maintain a positive, team-oriented environment while leading by example Key Requirements Previous supervisory, team lead, or event operations experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Experience managing attendance, schedules, and shift coverage in fast-paced environments Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to stand and move throughout the event space for extended periods Comfortable working flexible hours based on operational demands Collaborative mindset with the ability to support cross-functional teams
Dress-Code Requirements:
To maintain a professional appearance, associates are expected to follow the dress code below:
Recommended Attire Bottoms:
Chinos, khakis, dress slacks, or dark-colored, non-distressed jeans.
Tops:
Button-down shirts, professional blouses, or clean polo shirts.
Footwear:
Closed-toe shoes are required. Comfortable dress shoes, loafers, or clean, neutral-colored sneakers are recommended, as associates may be standing for extended periods.
Accessories:
Keep jewelry minimal. Watches are acceptable. Not Permitted Flip-flops or open-toe shoes Athletic wear, including sweatpants, leggings, or gym attire Shorts Graphic T-shirts Ripped, distressed, faded, or embellished jeans Crop tops, low-cut tops, or other revealing clothing Associates are expected to arrive each day in clean, neat, and professional attire that reflects a positive workplace environment.
