Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor. Comfortable interacting with customers and the public. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Strong attention to detail. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous event, customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
