$57,565- 71,381 annually
Job Description:
Your Piece of the Puzzle The Corporate & Community Events Producer owns the full process of the third-party event rental at Grandscape from advertising through event management. The ultimate goal for the role will be to drive incremental revenue for Grandscape through growing the event space rental portion of the business by thoroughly understanding the competitive landscape, effectively marketing the space in the industry, managing the event logistics smoothly to create a good customer experience. Evenings and weekends are required for this position.Job Duties:

Ensures all contracts and permits are coordinated with legal and accounting and coordinates on any permit requests throughThe City of The Colony Coordinate:
Respond and manage the communication process with all prospective customersGrow:
Actively seeks rentals by outbound marketingAnalyze:
Acts as liaison between customer and Grandscape businesses, and customer and 3rd party rental agencies throughout the event process. Makes presence known to customer at all times during this process. Can You Check These Boxes? Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Hospitality 3 years of sales, marketing, advertising or public relations experience Experience with the relevant market including knowledge of competitors, local events, charities, etc. preferred. Self-starting personality who takes initiative. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with vendors, guests, staff and management. Must work well on a team and be willing to assist peers in workload. Basic knowledge of mathematics and calculator skills to prepare mathematical calculations without error. Familiarity with market trends and the industry's best practices. Accuracy and speed in handling "in the moment" conditions and providing solutions with hospitality and guest experience as a priority.
