Job Summary As a Team Member at Crumbl Cookies, you'll play a key role in delivering a great customer experience while preparing high-quality cookies. You'll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where attention to detail, cleanliness, and consistency are essential. Key Responsibilities Prepare and bake cookies following Crumbl recipes and standards Mix dough, ball cookies, frost, and decorate as needed Provide friendly and efficient customer service Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately Maintain a clean and organized workspace (front and back of house) Restock ingredients and supplies as needed Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Work collaboratively with team members and shift leads Qualifications No prior experience required (training provided) Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math and communication skills Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25-50 lbs Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
