We are seeking fun, intelligent, outgoing, and high-energy and motivated individuals to join our team as Team Members! We are now hiring part-time with potential for full-time with hourly pay averages (base rate + tip) of $15.00/hr, along with a structured path for promotions. This is an entry-level opportunity with 1 year customer service experience preferred. You will need the motivation to learn and grow in a professional, HIGH VOLUME, fast paced, team-oriented environment!

Front of Houseis responsible for:

greeting customers when guest enter and exit the restaurant, providing world-class guest service execute fast and accurate sushi burritos, bowls and nachos execute to go orders accurately and quickly maintain sanitation standards ability to clean store and wash dishes assist with opening/closing the store Makes fast, accurate and consistent sushi burritos and bowls Follows all portion sizes, recipes, and all systems and procedures Maintains cleanliness of the restaurant Execute systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity. Displays a positive growth mindset at work Performs other related duties as required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high volume environment
• Self-motivated achiever interested in taking on additional roles and responsibilities
• Position requires bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetitive motions, cognitive skills, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and moving about the unit the entire workday.
• Open availability and flexibility is a must - ability to work a variety of shifts
• If in a customer contact position, must be able to communicate, read and write the English language fluently and clearly.
