We are a fast-growing demolition, site work, and dumpster rental company looking for a motivated individual to join our team. This is a physically active role where you will drive loaded trucks with trailers, operate equipment, manage job sites, and help grow our operations. Key Responsibilities Safely drive loaded trucks and trailers (debris, equipment, dumpsters) Operate equipment (excavators, skid steers, etc.) Perform demolition, site preparation, and cleanup work Deliver, place, and pick up dumpsters Lead small crews on residential and commercial job sites Hands-on labor including loading, sorting debris, and site cleaning Maintain trucks, equipment etc What We're Looking For Clean driving record (required) Clean background check (required) Experience driving loaded trucks with trailers Experience operating machinery, doing demolition work (interior & exterior) Minimum 3 years in a leadership / crew lead position Strong work ethic and willingness to get your hands dirty daily Reliable, safety-minded, and ready to invest in a growing company Positive attitude and ability to work in all weather conditions What We Offer Competitive hourly or weekly pay based on your experience and leadership skills Year-round work with a growing local company Opportunity for advancement as we expand A team that values hard work and results
