• AT&T, you'll work directly with customers, learn about AT&T products and services, and develop valuable sales and communication skills through hands-on experience. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to gain experience in customer service, sales, and the telecom industry. What You'll Do As a Team Member
• AT&T, you will: Interact directly with each customer to understand their needs and provide helpful information about AT&T products and services Provide professional customer service and clear communication throughout each interaction Assist customers with account questions, product information, orders, and service-related needs Support the sales process by helping each customer understand available products and services Maintain accurate customer and account information throughout the sales process Work with teammates and management to create a positive customer experience Develop your communication skills, product knowledge, and sales abilities through hands-on training What We're Looking For A successful Team Member•AT&T is dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.

Previous experience is helpful, but we are open to individuals who are ready to build their skills from the ground up.

Qualifications include:

High school diploma or GED preferred Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required Experience in a customer-facing environment is helpful Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable speaking with customers directly Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn Professional attitude and a strong work ethic Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply Why Join Our Team?
