Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and address any inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

Order Preparation- Assemble and prepare menu items according to established guidelines, ensuring quality and presentation standards are maintained.

Cash Handling:

Operate the cash register, process payments, and provide correct change, maintaining accuracy and accountability in all transactions.

Sanitation and Cleanliness:

Maintain cleanliness of the counter area, dining spaces, and kitchen by following health and safety regulations.

Inventory Management:

Assist in restocking and organizing inventory to ensure efficient service and minimal disruption during peak hours.

Team Collaboration:

Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant, contributing to a positive work environment.

Problem Solving:

Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating to management when necessary.

Promotion and Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about menu items and promotions, providing recommendations to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic math skills for handling transactions.

Positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not required.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Capacity to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.

Comfortable working in varying temperatures.
