Duties Prepare fresh sandwiches and food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Manage food handling responsibilities, including sanitation, food safety practices, and kitchen equipment operation. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, upselling menu items, and addressing guest inquiries with enthusiasm. Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation guidelines, bussing tables, and organizing supplies regularly. Process cash transactions accurately, handle cash register operations, and manage retail sales transactions with integrity. Support food safety management protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations at all times. Skills Proven experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or fast-food environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during busy periods. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell products confidently. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction processing.
