August 18th, 2026 (flexible for some roles) About 12th & Maple Wine Co. Located in the heart of Oregon's Willamette Valley, 12th & Maple Wine Co. is a large-scale, quality-driven custom crush winery dedicated to producing world-class wines for our clients. Our team brings together passion, precision, and a love for the craft of winemaking. Harvest is our most exciting time of year, and we're looking for energetic, hands-on seasonal team members to help make the magic happen. Positions Available We are looking for skilled harvest team members who bring previous harvest experience at wineries big or small. These positions will be working with full time employees more independently than our entry level employees, knowledge of wine transfers, pumps work, presses, barrel work and forklift experience are all beneficial.
Open positions include:
Experienced Harvest Cellar Crew•Crush pad operation, grape processing, pump-overs, roto-vac and centrifuge, wine racking. What We're Looking For At least one previous harvest working in a winery Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work long shifts on your feet Flexibility to work up to 6 days a week, evenings, weekends, and overtime Reliable transportation to the winery Team player with a great attitude and attention to detail Prior forklift experience is a plus Authorized to work in the U.S. Must be at least 18 years old Why Join 12th & Maple?
