With five vibrant locations back home, we're now bringing this beloved tradition to San Diego, California. Our new branch will feature a full-service restaurant, bakery, and coffee bar, where guests can enjoy our signature flavors and renowned Filipino hospitality. Job Overview:

We are looking for friendly, organized, and customer-focused Hosts/Hostesses to be the first face guests see when they walk through our doors. In this key front-of-house role, you will warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and help ensure that every guest has a smooth and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive. If you have a natural ability to make people feel at home and a passion for hospitality, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression Manage seating charts and waitlists efficiently using a reservation system Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain steady service flow Keep the host stand and surrounding areas clean, organized, and inviting Answer incoming calls, provide menu and location details, and take reservations Respond to guest questions and requests with a helpful and friendly attitude Promote bakery items and assist with front-of-house retail sales as needed

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication and people skills Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings preferred Calm and efficient under pressure, with great multitasking abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Food Handler certification recognized by San Diego County (or willingness to obtain before start date)
