Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Spa Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our spa. In this vital role, you will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and provide exceptional customer service to create a relaxing and seamless experience for all visitors. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will ensure the front desk operates smoothly, supporting both guests and staff with professionalism and warmth. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression Manage reservations via phone, email, or online booking systems, confirming appointments and updating schedules as needed Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate staff members with courtesy and clarity Handle guest inquiries about services, spa packages, and policies with detailed information and positive support Maintain accurate records of appointments, guest preferences, and billing details using computer software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Assist with office management tasks including filing, data entry, proofreading documents, and managing supplies Support administrative duties like calendar management, bookkeeping with QuickBooks, and basic office organization to ensure smooth daily operations Requirements Proven experience in front desk or office management roles within a customer service environment Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, data entry, and basic bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems in a professional manner Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to effectively communicate with diverse guests Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, calendar management, and time management skills Personal assistant or administrative support experience is a plus for handling varied responsibilities seamlessly Ability to maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive guest information accurately Join our team to deliver outstanding customer support in a vibrant wellness environment!
