Hosts are the face of our restaurant and should be dedicated to providing an inviting and positive experience for our customers. If you love the restaurant business and genuinely enjoy people, we need to hear from you. The candidate hired will be trained as a host, but depending on the candidate's experience and performance could be cross-trained as a server as well.

Qualifications:

• Available to work at least 5 days a week, day or evening

• WEEKEND & HOLIDAY AVAILABILITY REQUIRED

• Friendly personality
• Have reliable transportation to get to work
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment, stand or walk for long periods
• Excellent communication; ability to remain calm in high-stress situations
• Team player who looks for ways to help out other employees whenever needed
• Willing to fill in as needed to keep up with busy shifts.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service industry preferred but not required Hosts duties:
• Greet guests, answer phones, take food orders over phone or in person
• Perform cash and credit card transactions, maintain cash register
• Ensure order accuracy
• Perform opening/closing tasks and side work as needed
• Learn food and beverage menu
• Keep restaurant clean and stocked
